What's Open: Entering from Lygon Street you will be able to view the anti-conscription mural in the foyer. Head up the staircase of the Victoria Street building to the old Council Chamber, the ballrooms, the first floor veranda and back downstairs to take a peek into one of the ground floor workrooms and the honour rolls on the walls.
